Cancelation policy

Dear clients,

Thank you for using our services and booking a seat in our car.
Past few years we worked with a “free cancelation” policy, which meant that you could book and cancel the seats at the very last minute without charge.
Unfortunately, last year we had many and many customers just not showing up at the last minute,  or very very last minute cancelations, minutes before departure. Therefore we decided to require a partial prepayment to make a booking valid. We believe it is very common practice in providing services all around the world. We also believe this practice is good for both sides – you are safe with your booking-we are safe that you are coming with our car.

Prepayment:

Prepayment is mandatory for every seat and ride you are going to take with SHUTTLE JIFI. It ranges from 20% on the ways from Cesky Krumlov to LINZ, SALZBURG, VIENNA and Hallstatt to 40% prepayment on the way FROM BUDAPEST and other big European cities as Krakow located far away from Cesky Krumlov (our home base).

Prepayment is only possible by credit card online using PayPal services.

Cancelation fees:

10 and more days a prior departure: free of charge

9-6 days a prior departure: we will charge you 20% of your prepayment

5-3 days a prior departure: we will charge you 40% of your prepayment

2 days a prior departure: we will charge you 70% of your prepayment

0- 1 Day of departure or case of no show: 100% of your prepayment

In case of any cancelation, we always charge 100CZK (approx. 4 Euros) as handling fee. This is due only once per whole reservation, NOT per seat.
